I love melaleuca products, but their on line and return system is the worst. Instead of given you an option for credit, they hold your money.

and charge you again for a new order, then thy hold your monies. They make you wait 10 days or longer to send you a refund It takes 2 plus weeks after you place an order to receive it. talk about snail mail. I have 2 day guaranteed shipping from my company and the packages weigh a lot more.

you cant use your credit on line, they are not set up for that you have to call it in.

If you call in an order you can't receive the on line specials. I don't care how good their products are there service ***.

I've been a customer for over a year and never have a problem getting my orders, they usually arrive in 4 or 5 days. My account is set up to use my credit/debit card every month, so I'm not sure what you are talking about...


Look at your purhase receipt. On the back it gives you the option to pick what you want done with the returned product credit. All you have to do is pick what you want done by filling out the return slip. Put it in your box along with products being returned.

If nothing gets picked... Then by default you get credit until you contact them to give instructions as to what you want done with it.

And I don't know what you are talking about when you say it takes 2+ weeks to get your order. I usually get mine in abut 4 days or sooner.

Maybe you live in a remote part of Alaska where your stuff has to be flown in by a bush plane.


Never had any problems and no one I know has any problem.


I have never returned an item, but have had quite a few items arrive damaged in the 6 years I have been a customer. I called Melaleuca and they immediately sent replacements and told me to salvage whatever I could if I wanted of the products that were damaged.

I also happen to think the online system is great. I think it is very user friendly.


Not sure when you returned your product, but I recently returned an item and as soon as I shipped it back and they received I got notification they received it and they credited my credit card...if you happen to wait more than 60 or 90 days to return the item, then yes you only get store credit. Report the facts, don't let your emotions get in the way!
