No one's forcing anyone to do anything they don't agree to. If you signed on the dotted line and said you agreed to something and weren't listening or paying attention then you couldn't possibly understand anything and probably have a very difficult life on a bunch of different levels.

If you didn't understand the backup order, which you're asked to repeat the understanding of it before enrolling, then you just don't pay attention to anything and/or just don't get it. You can order anything you want that doesn't total 35 points and lose preferred status but then you're not getting discounts and free money to spend.

The amount of unaccountability is amazing. To the comment that stated people should be ashamed and this is warranted and it is this customers experience...get off it! I started reading this review and immediately (because I have a brain) was turned off by the whole they are "forcing" people to buy. I now believe folks who write reviews with such misinformation should be in trouble.

I looked into this and asked a person who is involved with Melaleuca and they canceled before, but became a preferred customer again, they had no issue follow directions and canceling the first time.

So, when someone rants about a company forcing them to buy stuff...well it holds no weight. Good riddance.

I love Melaleuca and the products are amazing! You failed to cancel before the end of the month.

Your inability to follow through is not the companies fault. People are allways so quike to blam others for their own inadequate ability to handle their own business.

I tried to cancel my membership and was not able to . Supposely there is no way I can cancel. Was told a from was emailed to me and nothing was sent. Spoke to a supervisor and he just stated the same thing that I had to send a written request ask for manager and one was not available. yah right ! They continue to pull money out of my acct and my card was set on a fradulent alert . Had to cancel my card and get a new on. The website they give you has not cancellation form at all. it's simple login to www.melaleuca.com/my option and from there you can download the suspense/cancellation form.

As for the products, return everthing even if the containers are empty and the co. will refurd your money including taxes.

there are all explained in your business catalog.

You just need to read that part. It's that simple.
