My parents just cancelled their service very easily online. They are older and although they have enjoyed everything they tried, they do not like doing subscription and online ordering.

They will combine their order in with my sister's going forward.

They simply clicked the button online, it sent them an email, they followed the step in the email and received confirmation that their preferred service was cancelled. No hassle at all.

Maybe your attitude a something to do with it, I love the company and it’s treating me well, you also probably didn’t understand how it works! You should call back and be nice!

Call them again or better yet contact the person who enrolled yoi for help. The person is not stalling on sending the form. Sometimes out comes from another department, or person so out might be looked at as spam. There is also a way online to print up the form, sign out and then fax it in via a quick send app that is free.

I want to apologize to all the people who have had a bad experience and then I want to apologize for of these tactics some of the Melaleuca supporters are using in this post. I like the products that Melaleuca sells (been a member for a year). What makes me different...

This is sad to hear. The person who enrolled you in the program should have thoroughly explained the backup order and monthly ordering agreement when you signed up.

This company requires you to have a back up order every month. Even if you do not need their products you will be obliged to order to maintain a what they call "prefer membership" wherein you get discounts, which is actually not discount at all. What 's worst is, they...

They do not require you to have a backup order, they suggest it! If you signed up for it, thats your fault. Im on their website now and in no place does it say its required.you idiots are the types to make a business get bad reviews because of stupidity not understanding something!

I have to agree with you about cancelling. I’m in the process of doing that right now. I’m a bit annoyed with their process which I find as a bad business practice. Most reputable online businesses will provide you with a very easy avenue to cancel. Not these people....

I like some of the products but hate the 35 point minimum. My husband and I don’t use as much product as a family with kids at home. I wish there was a way to tailor the purchase to the consumers need vs the company’s 35 point quota. That sucks.

I absolutely agree. I really like some of Melaleuca's products--enough to grit my teeth and spend $80 every month on products I don't really need, whether or not I have it to spend, to fulfill my "commitment" to the company.

(I, the consumer, am required to fulfill a "commitment" to a retailer???? Something is wrong with that sentence.) It would not be so unsettling if the price of this "commitment" was $40 or even $50 a month, that I could probably live with. But with shipping, yes, it's about $80 a month. (I'm a postmaster with USPS and I know what the cost of shipping from Idaho to Utah is, and yes, Melaleuca sticks it to you with the cost of shipping.) It's just too darned expensive--and yet the company doesn't care.

They really don't care about making the commitment within the reaches of working class people. This is blatant greed on the part of the company.

This is what burns my butt about them, really. And I've been a customer on and off, under a couple of different people, for 25 years now--I am not just blindly discovering this.
