No complaint last year you sent me a 1099 I was wondering if you for got to send me one for 2022 I need to do my taxes
Want to sign someone up for melaleucs
I called for my 99 year old mother who would like to sign up her grandson to receive melaleuca vitamins. I was requesting a form to do this as we have done in the past and I guess that is no longer available.
I do not understand why it is so difficult to refer friends and family. My mom has taken Melaleuca vitamins for nearly 30 years and credits them to her longevity. It seems to me a valued customer could simply receive a form to enroll her grandson.
I would think melaleuca would appreciate new customers. My experience with melaleuca was extremely frustrating!

Reissuing me a new check
I found an old check ftom Meleleuca dated 2019. I was told the company would give me points instead of a new check which would cost me $25.
I agreed to that.
Cancellation of subscription
Don't like ordering every month to expensive. I'm not good at doing my orders to have different products.

Wanted to see a company that cares about our environment be acknowledged. I believe in the products after lmuch research.
At first, our family joined as a favor to and recommendation of a friend. Slowly I realized how much we respected the products and the company.
I also realized my health was better when I didn't use the harsh chemicals that I had been using and used those of the Melaleuca. The company is not perfect; yet they continue to work hard to correct their problems, improve what is already being offered, and/or develop new products. It is a proven company that stands behind its products and service. I believe in supporting companies (given quality of products are similar} older companies that believed in natural products and built their reputation on honesty and integrity.
These companies and this company in particular deserve our support.

I have been a member since 1999. Their products are great.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes they get rid of a product that I love. I didn't receive my order one month, and they sent another order to me without giving me any hassles. The quality of my life would be much lower without their products.
Replenex alone has kept me moving with a lot less pain. That is just one example, of many.

They told me to lie to UPS
I became a member back in May 2022. A friend introduced me, and when I saw there was a monthly minimum I had to order, I mentioned this as a concern, because I was just starting a business, and my finances were stable enough yet to be required to pay $50 plus a month to order stuff I may or may not use.
She said don't worry about it, we can work that out. The first month I couldn't afford it, they sent me some random "back-up" order costing me $70. I tried to return this order by taking it to a UPS Store, and after my second trip to the UPS store, I am told they can't take it, because there is a hazardous material sicker on the package, and they can't accept packages with hazardous materials in them. So I called Melaleuca to see what to do, and they SOLD me a return label for $10.
I called UPS to have them pick up the item for return and was told, because they didn't sell me a label with the pick up paid, it will cost me ANOTHER $13 something to have it picked up, and since no UPS facility will accept it, that is the best they can do. So I call Melaleuca again and again explain this, and the lady in Melaleuca's customer service basically told me to lie to them and HIDE the hazardous label, but otherwise there isn't anything they can do but send me a free label, so I can pay for the UPS pick up. SHADY SHADY SHADY. I had planned to reup my subscription once my finances stabilized again, but after seeing a company literally tell me to LIE to UPS, I wouldn't trust them to sell me water if I were on fire!!
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, DECEITFUL COMPANY!
You will regret it! If I could give it Zero Stars I would.

I just found out thta you are discontinuing a product we have purchased from you almost every month since we joined in 2007. We were directors and stopped selling because unfair practices from our up lines.
However, we continue to use your product everyday since we became customers. While I realize things change it would be wise to advise your customer when services our products discontinue or change. You have our emails and telephone numbers so there is no excuse for allowing customers to be in the dark about the products they use daily. We purchase specific healthly and safe products because of health reasons so they have become a mainstay in our lives.
It is very disappointing to know that care for your customers is no longer a priority.
This has become repetitive order issue. whoever is fulfilling the backup orders is just putting whatever they want in the order and charging me for it
I have made this complaint several times now. Again I have products we don't use and that I did not putting on my backup order list and the items I need I did not receive. The items below in RED are NOT items I buy.

Qty 1 last month I called with an order error complaint, the person was nasty and said I'll allow a onetime replacement, we don't normally replace item without return of the item you want replaced.
she treated me like I was the one that made the error. I even spoke to another person who said the corrected my backup order and it would not happen again. It seems that the quality of service and business acumen has diminish over the last 5 years. Customer Service is generally awful.
Only once in a while do I talk to someone there that in considerate and helpful. I would be ashamed to sell it today.
I expect to hear from someone in corporate within the next 3 business days.

Preferred solution: Let us know whenyou discontinue products and don't just send what every you want and charge the customer for it.

Here is a solution to your problem. Go to this link and you can look at a much easier way to get vitamins in about 2 days delivered to your door and the quality is superior to Melaleuca.
I used to take theirs too.
