Puritybis a great company just call in if u ordering free bottles so they help or remove future charges..it comes with an invoice..you just didn't read it..most ppl are busy n forget they can call in to modify after the free bottle

the products may be safer but as far as toxin free, how toxin free are they? I've looked up ingredients as well and many come up as "not sure" what the ingredient is exactly.
I am assuming that is the 'F' melaleuca received for some of their products. Which in reality if they are so much safer why are the ingredients hard to find? why don't we know exactly is in the products? why is it a mystery?
If they are so safe there shouldnt be so many unhappy customers. I want the truth
As of the latter part of 2017, Melaleuca now accepts digitally-signed cancellation requests. All you have to do is send an email to myaccount@melaleuca.com with your account number (or a phone number that is associated with your account), a clear statement of your intent to cancel (such as, "Please cancel my account", "I would like to cancel my account" or "Cancel my account NOW!!!") and your typed name at the very end of the message.
Thank you for your reviews. I just gave a lady my personal information to start an account but have not enrolled yet.
I know see that it is not a good idea to. I just wanted to try one product but I don't think it is worth signing my life away,if you get what i mean.

I send a written notarized note by register mail, the company did not considered enough to cancel the contract and charge me again for the next month. It seems I will need to hire a lawyer.

They are easy more natural, but organic is a marketing ploy and has very low standards so if anything says "organic" it's B.S.
Also the month package is point based so it's dependant on what you buy, I spend around $50 on products.
They are also factory direct so they aren't halfway to expired when they get to you like general store products.
They are a really good company but not for the poor for sure lol, I had to cancel my membership for 2 years because of a job loss.
You should always pay attention to what you sign up for when there is a membership involved, that's a no brainer. I wonder why so many people have a problem with that?
