I has been call in since yesterday to call center to purchase product which is because online shopping has been block from your services for your automation reasons. Furthermore, I intended to order the product from your service center and they told my account has been block and need CMA form and IC only capable to buy the product. I have send the email through 24th may 2018 3:31PM and your agent told will call me back on 10 AM for any update but did not even ring my phone until today i call back to call center around 1:50PM and TOLD me to write a REASON letter to unblock my account which is unprofessional and drag my case for over 24 hours.
REASON TO REACTIVATE:
1) Obviously to buy product which I feel is good to use.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
