I stayed with Melaleuca for nearly 2 years. Yes, they have some decent products AND....
the way they show the pricing is visually confusing to make you think you're getting a better deal than you are. AND..they market themselves as a wellness company but still use some questionable chemicals in their products. AND they send you products (and charge you for them) even if you don't need anything that month. AND they charge quite a bit for shipping, so it's really not a very good deal.
AND I just started the cancellation process (It's not a done deal yet) and it's WAAYYYYY too complicated and honestly, bullish. I don't like being bullied into keeping a membership. It should be a click of a button, not submitting to cancel, clicking on an email link, going back to the website, filling out a form that you have to sign and mail, fax, or scan and email back. The whole while, you have to keep clicking little boxes to agree that you will be forfeiting this and that and will no longer get discounts.
Seriously not customer friendly.
We'll see if they actually cancel my account or turn this into a bigger nightmare. Even if I loved everything about them but needed to take a break for financial reasons, I wouldn't sign back up again simply because they are so complicated and unpleasant to cancel.
