Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This company automatically sends products out to customers which can be very convenient for some. However, in my mother's case, she was ill for 18 months and not using the products.

She tried to return an order and they didn't bother to help her and ask why she was returning something they would be sending the next month. When I tried to end the service, they had to have a letter from her stating she wanted to end her service instead of allowing me to end it for her even though I said she was very ill. They then applied the cost of that order to her account instead of returning her money.

When I called to get the refund, they said they HAD TO BY LAW return it to the same account, which the bank suspended when she died. I own a company and I have never heard of this law which apparently I have been breaking for 33 years.

Preferred solution: Please stop automatically sending orders to the elderly, it is not right to take advantage of the inability to manage things like this..
