I have been shopping at Melaleuca for 11 years. So needless to say we like the products. Do we like them all? No, but that is why there are different flavors and scents. If you are making your own soap you will probably find something wrong with the products such as "Why does it have a color added!" But if you want a much safer alternative and want to quit supporting Proctor and Gamble and Walmart, this is an easy switch. The cheapest products ever, no, competitively priced, yes. Toothpaste is less than $4 for a polish, cleaners are $1 a bottle, vitamins 0.67 cents a day, so fair, but much higher quality and safety to have around the house. You can join today and quit tomorrow. The complaints about not being able to quit are ridiculous. The "unauthorized charges" were for the Back-up order. Just know that you will be selecting a back-up order when you set up your account. You don't pre-pay for it, you select what product you want if you forget to order, vitamins are packaged in a one month supply so those are a great option to have on your back-up order. If the process was not explained to you in the beginning, shame on your friend who referred you.

I had to add one more comment....all the reviews I've read about Melaleuca charging your cards each month after cancellation....just a suggestion which I may be following myself if my package never arrives or have issues each month with shipping...Why not cancel your card and be issued a new one that way no more charges....just a suggestion....:)

Melaleuca was worth the time I used for it
Recently sat through a information meeting about Melaleuca, I decided to try these products, it made sense because I was using already them from somewhere else. Got my new products fast in 3 days and so far have tried at least 10 out of the box that came and like them better than what I was using before. The person who intorduced me was kind and soft spoken. I did not feel any pressure to try anything. If the rest of these products work as well as the ones I have tried I will be a life long customer unless they raise prices to much. Lots more to try and looking forward to it!

Just read before you sign ANYTHING.
You'll never get suprised if you have read what you are agreeing to.
If you don't like the agreement, then don't sign.
If you sign and change your mind. Cancel.
It tells you how to do it on your agreement. Read it.
The products can sve money. But you have to use them to see how great they are.
