Actually it's not that simple. You have to print off a form and send it in signed then wait for them to approve it. Still waiting for mine to be cancelled.
Hi there. When you return a product you are not refunded for the shipping cost when they send out the products because it costs to send you the products in the first place.
You are required to pay for sending the product back you can choose any carrier you would like.
Melaleuca does provide a prepaid label and sometimes will offer free labels to customers. The return policy is stated in the customer membership agreement and statement of policies which you agreed to when you signed up
Hi! Did you actually call the company and look into the issue?
If you didn't receieve product they reship it free of charge. Or it could be UPS didn't deliever it.
Once it leaves Melaleuca UPS is in care of the package. Maybe call the company before you start posting false information or ignorant information.
These people like to throw around the PYRAMID (against the law) and MLM and see where it sticks. They really don't know what a pyramid scheme is and they also don't know what MLM is either.
They just think they do. Too STUPID to find out too.

I have to agree with you about cancelling. I’m in the process of doing that right now.
I’m a bit annoyed with their process which I find as a bad business practice. Most reputable online businesses will provide you with a very easy avenue to cancel. Not these people. Melaleuca does not want you to cancel as evidenced by the many steps you have to take to get the infamous form.
The checklist you have to agree to makes it seem like you are going to lose your life for canceling. If I am unsuccessful in getting rid of this company, I have a very good lawyer that is more than willing to help me out.
