Just signed up on Dec.20,2007.I really liked the lotion I had sampled. I started my membership with intent to use products for primarily my personal and my family use.

My first shipment came. Items to be consumed internally, were well past the expiiration date stamped on the product.I called the headquartes, and before I coud fully explained my concern, the customer service rep. vlunteered "is there a problem with the products you recieved?" I was transferred to another person who said in effect ,there is something about the product dates ,but could'nt recall the exact protocol they recomend for using products, such as vitamins etc. that are expired.

I feel that i want to buy items for personal care that are high quality and of top potency. the rep. said "call back when there is someone here that can answer your question". They also said I could return the past date products for exchange.

I threw out the past date stuff, kept the bottles, boxes and paperwork...I will order next month as i am obligated to do so...my cancel membership request was sent as requirred by the company.

I will go back to "buying local" at the health food store.

The Better Business Bureau is a joke, don't make a decision because of any recommendation from the BBB.

PS. this company is a joke and you can purchase superior products for less and still have the flexibility to change or stop using the products without faxing, mailing or kissing someones ***.

I am a member of Melaleuca. I am also teamed with the company.

I have never had any problems with any of the products. My customers have never had any problems as well. If you are contemplating on joining the team you need to do for yourself, not because someone is giving negative advice.

Its like a resturant you may really like and when you talk to others they may have different views. Take a chance try it if your not satisfied it is all refundable..

I've been with Melaleuca since 2003 and yes I had problems when everything first started in New Zealand with the ordering etc. With persistence and the love of great products my family and I are still buying and using the products.

Tell me a business that doesn't have their problems. Its not the problems I looked at its the health benefits for myself and my family.

Don't focus on the negative focus on the positives.

Hello Teamad,

I've been a Melaleuca Preferred Customer since July 2003 and been blessed with the best health and energy. I was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia late 1990s and thank God for Melaleuca, I am now completely drug-free, back running 2 miles every other day (when I was active duty (military), and I can not remember getting sick or even catch a cold since I became I Melaleuca customer.

The best thing I ever did for my health and my family. If Melaleuca manufacture the products, I buy it if I need it. Get to know Melaleuca and be bless, you will be glad you did!

Go to www.melaleuca.com and take a tour...knowledge is power. Good Luck!

I am considering joining Melaleuca soon and have been doing some research w/ the company. They say that they have been awarded something from the Better Business Bureau but I have been reading allof these comments from past members of Melaleuca and am now wondering if this is a right decision to join afterall.
