Just signed up on Dec.20,2007.I really liked the lotion I had sampled. I started my membership with intent to use products for primarily my personal and my family use.
My first shipment came. Items to be consumed internally, were well past the expiiration date stamped on the product.I called the headquartes, and before I coud fully explained my concern, the customer service rep. vlunteered "is there a problem with the products you recieved?" I was transferred to another person who said in effect ,there is something about the product dates ,but could'nt recall the exact protocol they recomend for using products, such as vitamins etc. that are expired.
I feel that i want to buy items for personal care that are high quality and of top potency. the rep. said "call back when there is someone here that can answer your question". They also said I could return the past date products for exchange.
I threw out the past date stuff, kept the bottles, boxes and paperwork...I will order next month as i am obligated to do so...my cancel membership request was sent as requirred by the company.
I will go back to "buying local" at the health food store.
