They are easy more natural, but organic is a marketing ploy and has very low standards so if anything says "organic" it's B.S.
Also the month package is point based so it's dependant on what you buy, I spend around $50 on products.
They are also factory direct so they aren't halfway to expired when they get to you like general store products.
They are a really good company but not for the poor for sure lol, I had to cancel my membership for 2 years because of a job loss.
You should always pay attention to what you sign up for when there is a membership involved, that's a no brainer. I wonder why so many people have a problem with that?

my name is Linda Schacht I am still getting money taken out of my checking account even after all the years I have not been with your company. I did have my bank put a block to keep you from withdrawing from my account.
each time I do this it cost me $50. I would like it to stop. I have not received your products nor do I want it. Please stop this or I will contact better business.

Your presenter needed the enrollment in November. He/She should've enrolled you on Dec.
1 instead...allowing you one full month to get use to the products that you ordered , probably in the back up order...but with a $90.00 charge you ordered more than 35 points....which is @ $52.00 a month and the shipping charges are $6.00. Then again they might 've added the enrollment fee of $29.00 to it. so the total would be $77.00 not $90.00. You were entitled to a full refund including the enrollment fee.
So you should pursue the refund. They'll refund everything except the shipping cost. If you've received an email about your membership being cancelled check your credit card to make sure the amount is refunded.
OR call customer service and inquire if you don't have your money back yet. They will tell you what to do, and if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you in return.

It's great that you wanted to support your friend but I'm thinking you were not correctly informed about how the membership works.
Because you cannot just sign up and not place an order.
At the time you enrolled you would have selected products of your choice to total at least 35 points as well as choosing products for a "backup" order. Backup orders are only processed and sent to you if your monthly order has not been placed by the 25th or 26th of each month. By what you have described that sounds like your situation. I have been a loyal melaleuca customer since 2010.
Maybe you should talk to the friend you were trying to help and ask some questions. And maybe give Melaleuca a chance.
If you still have the products, why not try them? You do have the option to return them if you are truly not happy with them.

No matter where you go thier is always a fee for using a pre paid debit card. That's how they make thier money. If you go to a bank you can open a checking account for 100 dollars and get a free debit card.
