Melaleuca - Extremely difficult to cancel!!!!
The exact same thing happened to me, as the person who wrote the message above. It's too expensive for me to purchase each month, so I called and cancelled. The young lady seemed to accept my verbal cancellation via the telephone, and she never said anything about sending in the printed form with my signature. Products continued to arrive, and my credit card continued to be charged. Just now called the company once more, and then was told about the written policy. Printing and saving the form was awful, as I was forced to sign up for a 30-day trial period from some site in order to keep my signature for future use. UGH!!!! Enough!

Melaleuca - I like it, read the directions
I changed the cleaning products and many personal care items our family uses to Melaleuca this past July. They work and smell nice but most importantly, I have noticed that I no longer wheeze and cough when I clean. I have recommended this online shopping service to friends and many have joined and also like what Melaleuca has to offer. I have had 2 family members cancel their membership because they decided online shopping was not for them. Cancelling was absolutely NOT hard (like anything else, you must follow their procedure) and customer service has been very good and exceptionally polite. I feel very comfortable recommending this company and its products. Enjoy!

THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU SIGN UP ABOUT A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE OF 20.76 FOR THE YEAR AND TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THEY WOULD RATHER LOOSE A CUSTOMER THAN REFUND YOU THE MONEY BACK. WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN

Yes, it's dumb that you can't go on-line and just say "I'm done" and move on. You could do that with any other company that I know of.
But not Melaleuca. You are forced to read this long letter about how your membership provides the CEO, Frank Vandersloot (the richest guy in Idaho) with a job.
And then both husband and wife have to sign the dissolution, which might pose a huge problem when both husband and wife did not sign up together in the first place and are in fact not even married and speaking to each other and living in the same geographic location anymore. So much for easy cancellation.
