Melaleuca Cancellation
I chatted with Melaleuca 2 times and emailed them. They made it intentionally difficult to cancel the account telling me I need to complete a form that is hidden on their website. I asked them to send me a link to the form and they sent me a link to their website. I...

As of the latter part of 2017, Melaleuca now accepts digitally-signed cancellation requests. All you have to do is send an email to myaccount@melaleuca.com with your account number (or a phone number that is associated with your account), a clear statement of your intent to cancel (such as, "Please cancel my account", "I would like to cancel my account" or "Cancel my account NOW!!!") and your typed name at the very end of the message.

Yes I understand, they got you in the loop too! There's no way any of Melalueca products work!

How much are you getting paid to lie to new customers? Melalueca is a complete Rip-Off.

you guys even make "fake" check stubs, claiming to have made several thousand dollars in a week..really? But you continue holding on to your full time job.

I think what you are saying here is a bunch of CRAP. Loyalty shopping dollars are earned in the four months, and can be used anytime on any product.

After the four months you earn 15% back on your orders so that you can continue to pay nothing for products. Let me see you shop locally and get that kind of a deal. 35 points equals about $60.00 a month. SIXTY BUCKS....most people spend more than that at Dunkin Donuts weekly!!

So I guess you had it really tough.

Don't know why the company would single you out just to give you a hard time.

Personally I find your comment lacking in truth....you're just slinging mud to see where it sticks. Go ahead, shop locally, but you won't get the quality, you won't get the products Mela offers, you won't get the 15% cash back, you won't get the 7% income check(forgot about that one didn't you)......you will be last in line for everything.

Melaleuca allows you to a full refund up to three months including your membership fee. They don't refund shipping charges.

There are no handling fees that i know of and I've been with the company for 12 years. A std shipping fee for a $65.00 order is around $7.00! Thy use plastic filled with AIR. Can't get any cheaper than that.

There is no PYRAMID SCHEME...because you don't' know what a pyramid is, but you like to scare other people into thinking they are. They aren't even an MLM scheme either. Nice try though. Your FRIEND isn't a FRIEND if they can't tell the truth.

AND you should know what you signed for and you did sign up for it too, and YOU KNEW what you signed up for as well.

There was NO HIDDEN COSTS or HIDDEN AGENDAS.....and your friend? HE/SHE made a cool $ 2.20 cents on you...WOW!!

Melaleuca cancellation policy is easy. Simply download the form, make it out and send it in, In the BEGINNING of the month, not at the end or after you received your last back up that your mad at.

Do it before that date like before the 25th of the month. Actually do it in the first week of the next month and you'll be cancelled that month and no other orders will be shipped. MOST of you who whine and cry got caught not ordering your monthly so they shipped your back up order (that you conveniently forgot about) and are blubbering about that. Ship it back and ship a cancellation form with it.

MELALEUCA"S cancellation form. They'll cancel you.

If you owe them, they'll expect payment because you signed the enrollment form. So Pay them and cancel and you'll be cancelled!!

Your presenter needed the enrollment in November. He/She should've enrolled you on Dec.

1 instead...allowing you one full month to get use to the products that you ordered , probably in the back up order...but with a $90.00 charge you ordered more than 35 points....which is @ $52.00 a month and the shipping charges are $6.00. Then again they might 've added the enrollment fee of $29.00 to it. so the total would be $77.00 not $90.00. You were entitled to a full refund including the enrollment fee.

So you should pursue the refund. They'll refund everything except the shipping cost. If you've received an email about your membership being cancelled check your credit card to make sure the amount is refunded.

OR call customer service and inquire if you don't have your money back yet. They will tell you what to do, and if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you in return.
