Obviously you called the wrong number to find out what was in the nail polish or anything else for that matter. If you're calling customer service they don't know what's in the products.

You have to call Product development and talk to the people in the lab. Never heard of a "gift certificate" for a back up order and I've been with them since 2008. AND they don't hound you for money weekly. Nice touch there, but you are LYING.

Cancel your membership and don't pay them. They won't bother you again. They'll just put you the UNDESIRABLE file and that will be the end of it. Don't blame the company for your misunderstandings.

They were honest and straight forward with you,. It was you that wasn't honest and straight forward with them.
