I agree! I have 2 friends trying to get me on a call.
I said can you just send me a link to start shopping? I was hoping for an Amazon type shopping experience. Just give me the link to your website.
I will check out the products, and start shopping. I don't have time for an hour phobe call.
Maybe your attitude a something to do with it, I love the company and it’s treating me well, you also probably didn’t understand how it works! You should call back and be nice!
- Are definitely a pyramid scheme

Melaleuca in Sacramento, California - Misleading company
- I hatted it
Was just approached by an acquaintance about melaleuca. I felt like I was being reeled in and my friendship cultivated for business purposes.
Tried to help her by just buying products. No go. Given links and videos to watch. Sales pitch similar to lots of MLM schemes.
Agree too many red flags for me. Friends like that I don’t need!
For me they very clearly stated in the initial sign-up call that you must cancel in writing. Of course canceling in writing will take longer than just a call in, but in my experience it isn’t a factor they hide from you.
"Shady business whit"...what lol?I am always skeptical of "these type" of companies because so many companies like this have burnt so many people. However, my wife signed up and I said "sure, whatever, I don't care, give it a try." Here is why I didn't mind...it's month to month...I can suspend or cancel at ANYTIME! I have 120 days to get a full refund on my annual membership which is ONLY $19 a year.
I have 60 days to get a full money back refund on any products we don't like even if the bottle is empty. We've been in 6 months and NEVER had an issue with ANY product. If I haven't asked for my money back within that 60 days on the product I have another 30 days to exchange it for a different product...I get the money I spent on the product I didn't like to use on other products. They have over 450 products that we are buying somewhere else already.
They didn't just sell something to us...they educated us when we listened to the presentation. We have a young child...NO SAFETY CAPS required because they are non-toxic AND they happen to actually work! Seriously...signed up without knowing what you signed up for...BS...what did you not like about it? Firewalls...What lol...you can call, they answer quickly...I know because we have referred people and called them in.
They are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. I'm sure you'll do well in your pursuit of justice in the legal system vs them since they've obviously done you wrong and caused you so much distress.I would say, I guess next time don't sign up for something if you don't know what you're getting, but your story is BS.
a little dubious when a review says the same quality couldn't be found in the 'marketplace' ... these are really good products but I have not seen them constantly or consistently placed above or within other products in the same categories
I find it hard to believe that customer service was rude. I have been a customer for three years and they have been nothing but respectful, helpful, and pleasant.
- Did not allow to purchase online
- Unfair and double standard but being treat badly
- Others can help 20people to buy the other hand we not allowed
This company is a bad operator. Poor quality products and I tried to cancel my membership.
It took more than two months to get them to cancel. In the meantime they kept sending me products that I did not order.
They claim they sell safe products. Review the ingredients and you will see the products are not as safe as they claim.
- Delivery timeframe
- No knowledge of own products
- Misleading sales pitch
- Customer service

This is sad to hear. The person who enrolled you in the program should have thoroughly explained the backup order and monthly ordering agreement when you signed up.
