Honestly, the reps/customer service of course were very sweet BUT there are several issues with this "wellness" company.
No. Not all ingredients are green, safe, eco-friendly, etc.
Sugar (different special name for it, of course) in the Vitamin C powder (sort of like Airborne or EmergenC), the hair products (conditioner, shampoo, serums, etc.) ALL have "fragrance" or "parfum" listed in the ingredients (which is a known cause of hormone disruptors and allergens, harmful sulfates (skin irritants), etc along with the lotions, creams, makeups, etc.
Yes. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and send back products. Like stone age stuff - print this form (not very eco-friendly there), then spend money to send it back, then print ANOTHER form and sign it saying you understand you don't want to use our company anymore.
Not like we don't have emails linked with our online accounts with this ONLINE company.
IDK it's 2020. Get with the times, get with the REAL companies that do care about the planet &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; what is put in/on our bodies.
