Never answers phone when I need to find a particular product that probably changed its name. I only rejoined for this product and now will quit again because of no customer service.

No complaints, I just want to talk to a person in reference to the point certificates I have & stop the automatic shipment of vitamins I receive if I dont order during the month. The number I have wont go thur with Verizon service which is all I have.
No land line available. PLEASE STOP SENDING VITAMINS & ANY OTHER BACK-UP PRODUCT IF I DO NOT ORDER DURING THE MONTH.

Check on a problem with an orderk
I was trying to redo my loyalty order and its site kept adding to my order until it was over $500. I need to make sure that order is canceled!
Reissuing me a new check
We were awarded points instead of replacing check which was fine with me.

I got caught up in the Melaleuca mess for about a year. No way did I make any money.
Took a couple of months to get it cancelled. I still have products I will never use.
