The company has twice taken money from my account without notice twice!

The first time they were quick to return it. The second time they made all sorts of claims yet said they were going to refund it, but this time not quick at all!

The process is taking waaay to long. They say up to 10 days which is non sense!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

If they did this, they would quickly lose their impeccable rating with the BBB.
