I have to agree with you about cancelling. I’m in the process of doing that right now.
I’m a bit annoyed with their process which I find as a bad business practice. Most reputable online businesses will provide you with a very easy avenue to cancel. Not these people. Melaleuca does not want you to cancel as evidenced by the many steps you have to take to get the infamous form.
The checklist you have to agree to makes it seem like you are going to lose your life for canceling. If I am unsuccessful in getting rid of this company, I have a very good lawyer that is more than willing to help me out.
Wait, what? These products are tested on animals???
I returned goods over a month ago and still I am waiting for my refund, this is shocking.
Money back guarantee but you have to wait forever to get your money, you really should not have to wait anymore than 10days.
- Canceling membership
All you need to do is go to myaccount, view all, and suspend. You will receive a suspension form that needs to be signed and faxed back to them.
And that is it your account will be cancelled an you will receive nothing else from them. Please do so before the end of the month so you will not receive another non wanted shipment. I have been shopping with the company for almost 3 years now, and I have never received a back up order. Also, when I refer someone to shop with them, for their health reasons, I always make sure they understand the back up order, and show them how to cancel should they not want to shop.
But seriously, with $100 in free shopping money, 15% in store credit every time you shop, products delivered fresh right to your door step, for me it's hard to shop anywhere else.
Not to mention I see you are in Canada the Renew lotion is great for this time of the year for you! Good luck, don't bash the company just suspend your account is all.

Now you don't even have to fax the cancellation in. You can write a note, sign, date, and put your phone number or member number on it and send it by Melaleuca Quick send and tell them you don't want products this month.

I have been using the products for almost 6 years and have never found a bad product or one with toxins in it.
I am much healthier, my skin looks so much better that no one can believe I am almost 70! I don't know what Melaleuca these people have been using, but the Melaleuca I know isn't any of the things these people are saying!
Well, that's a simple question with a variety of answers for us. We first changed all our laundry products over. Most known brand laundry detergents have harmful chemicals that can trigger allergies. So we washed all the kids clothes, sheets and our clothes to remove any chemical residue.
We also removed ALL other brands of cleaning products from our house and stuff like bleach. Nobody needs to use harmful cleaners anymore to get their house clean, Melaleuca has thaty covered.
Then we got our kids on the Koala Pals chewable vitamins.
Now, keep in mind, there are food triggers for allergies and even behavious disorders that can include wheat and dairy so it is good to get tested for food allergies. We just removed potential triggers in our house that may also contribute to the problem.
