Melaleuca review in Kearney, Nebraska: Renew is Difficult!!

I have a bottle of Renew Intensive Skin therapy lotion and I find it hard to squeeze the bottle to get the lotion out!! Early on, after it was used a couple of times the bottle seemed to lose it's shape and no matter how hard I squeeze it, I have to turn it upside down to get the lotion to come out. And then when I close the top, it squirts a little lotion out and that could ruin an expensive piece of clothing! I think the bottle is of a "wrong design" and should be improved. thanks! I have read critism after critism of Melaleuca, but I myself am a very satisfied customer and business builder. There are only a few things I can account to the problems people have had. First, it seems quite a few people simply didn't have a seasoned marketing...

In response to Don't Knock it Till...from Ohio, I don't understand why you are having so many problems. It's not next to impossible to cancel by any means.

I have helped many customers cancel for various reasons. Download the form from the FAQ on the website, and then fax it or mail it. That simple. I have never had anyone have a problem.

The only potential problem you can have is making sure you write dark enough and clear enough that the fax is legible. But you can followup with them to confirm. Of course, if you call they are going to try to talk you out of it. They don't want to lose customers.

But they don't prevent you from cancelling. They can't, however, do it over the phone. It's very clearly stated that you need to download the form and submit it so that they have your original signature confirming it.

I'm sorry to hear you are so ill. I hope things have gotten better for you since your post.

I took it a total of three times, every time I’ve ended up throwing up. The first time I tried it, felt sick threw up.

The second time was just to make sure it was the pill and not me getting pregnant (even though I’m on birth control) things happen. I threw up that time also, took a pregnancy test and that came clean, so I knew it was the pill, I talked to on of the guys who his wife also get sick when she takes it, and I asked him what she does about it, he said she takes it before she goes to sleep, I did the same thing and I woke up nauseous, and eating anything makes me sick to my stomach.

:)

Although initially I thought the products were on the pricey side, as I started to really narrow down what I was spending at the store and adding everything up, ordering better products for myself and my family made sense to us and keeps us on a budget. I can tell you we are all spending that in the store and then some, monthly.

I am now building a business and it's taken off pretty quickly but does take time. You have to DO THE WORK. Nobody is going to knock on your door and say HEY! Enroll me! I am mainly doing it alone but have the support there if I need it. The biggest challenge the doubters have to get over is #1: IT'S NOT MLM. research what MLM is and you'll see it's quite different. #2: ITS NOT A SCAM. You are getting GREAT products that are affordable! You have your own online account just like Amazon or anything else, you're given a tracking number and a few days later your box of products that YOU ordered arrive at your door. All you are doing is switching stores.

Lastly, don't be afraid to get out there and do the presentations YOURSELF. When someone else does them for you, they are getting leadership points. If you happen to get any of your friends to buy a Value Pack, and they start building the business, why would you give those leadership points away? Get to know the business and do the presentations yourself. The business model is pretty simple to understand. I hope this helps some of the leery people become a little more educated in becoming a shopper... and I hope that the ladies or gentlemen that want to build the business on this post, see that they CAN DO IT!

If I can do it, YOU can!

Melaleuca review in Aurora, Colorado: Charged for product that was never received

I was reinstated I believe in October. There were some shipping charges that needed to be paid before I could come back. At that time You withdrew the charges $12-- and charged me for an automatic ship. Today is the 12 Jan 2010. My account has been debited for $61.20 twice with no product. Please reimburse my account and remove me as a customer. I returned to melaleuca in good faith and now its happening all over again. I have my bank statement with the dates that you attempted to get money and the bank charged me $28.00 each time. A formal complaint will follow with my signature; and this complaint will also be included. Thank you for all your attention to this matter. Carol West 1301 S. Andes St. Aurora, CO 80017 720/298-0874 (c)

Trust me, these people are long gone...anyone who has had a bad experience with Melealuca isn't coming back. :upset

I would advise you to directly contact Melaleuca. I have been a very satidfied customer for over 5 years and have never had any problems with this. If I didn't receive a product I ordered or had a damaged item in my order, I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped the original or a replacement to me.

They want their customers to be happy, all you have to do is ask them. This company is NOT a scam! The scammers are those who are selling products with harmful and hazardous ingredients right out in plain sight on your grocery store shelves. They are the ones doing damage to your health and scamming your wallets.

If you look them up on the BBB, you'll see they have satisfied any complaints they have had with their customers.

As a past extremely unsatisfied customer, I encourge you to cancel ASAP. I am so happy to no longer do business with a company that I consider a total Scam!!!

Since the internet has grown so fast with so many forums it seems easier to post on boards like this rather than filing Formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

The BBB is the only legitimate organization for consumer fraud complaints. They deal directly with the company for you, have an arbitration arm to work out satisfactory results and never leave a complaint open.

If you have not filed with them you have not legitimized your complaint and leaves one to wonder as to the validity of these posts.

It is true that you can buy similar products in markets for less, which may even come in larger bottles. The untruth here is that those store bought products are cheaper.

Melaleuca is the world leader in concentrated formulas!

One 32 oz bottle of Mela Power laundry detergent is equal to THREE bottles of 2x concentrated liquid Tide...FOR HALF THE PRICE! If you are going to make claims, please have some product knowledge FIRST!

I am a melaleuca customer. When we signed up I didn't like the idea of some things they did.

But as a businessman I realized why they did it. I wanted to quit within the first month, but wife wouldn't let me. Glad she didn't. I did more research on the company and products.

I also, studied their compensation plan and business structure. It really is a matter of educating yourself and paying close attention to the contract. Also, realize as companies grow, they get new people in all areas that aren't perfectly knowledgeable to all the proper ways to handle each situation. The person who signed you up should have assisted you in cancelling.

I have found the people , who do Melaleuca through the internet are more concerned about the money then helping people. This new era of internet sales has really hurt the credibility of this company.
