This is a pyramid scheme that signs you up with a lot of pressure and claims of customer service. They will HAPPILY sign you up via email or telephone. However, quitting the program is a nightmare. They do not accept resignations over the telephone or email and they...

Worst ever !! I felt like I had to sell my first born child to try and leave my membership.

I had my credit card constantly charged as I tried to leave. Who even does letters in writing anymore anyway??

Strongly recommend to stay clear of this.

I'm reading Melaleuca's study on Oligo and I'm incredibly disappointed that this study has no mention of statistical significance of their results or even what tests they used. They do not define their terms and most of their sources are from the 90s or earlier - the newest being 6 years old.

After having gone to college to learn how to conduct proper research and run statistical analyses, I'm sad to say this article does not pass as a scientific journal article. I'm trying to find out what scientists in the field have to say about it, or if they have any more numbers available, but I'm not having any luck.

In order to say that their products are backed by scientific research you need to know what qualifies research as "scientific." People do need to do their research as some of you say. A little more in depth than you've done though.

I haven't made squat off melaleuca because I'm not doing the business end, but I will vouch for the quality of their products. They are just as good, if not better that most of the stuff on the market.

There's no scheme going on and if elderly are being preyed upon, shame on those sales reps who are doing so! A 35-point committment is about $70 a month by the time you add in shipping and tax. I can afford it, but it's wrong to lure people who are pinching pennies to begin with to join, no matter how good the products are.

That's a sales rep issue of integrity about making a wise choice on who could benefit from these products. (Well, everyone can, but not everyone can afford them )

Melaleuca, not such a green company!!!

go to http://coloryourworldgreen.wordpress.com/2010/08/12/melaleuca-are-…-clearly-toxic/ and read my blog about Melaleuca. I was gonna join this company until I did more research on them. I was not impressed. If you are interested about living a more green life and are concerned about what we put into our bodies, on our bodies, and around our bodies go to the link I provided. I also have a facebook page that you can get to from my blog. I have become very passionate about living more green ever since I had my youngest child who is now 10 1/2 months.

I think it is important to know that Melaleuca combines the best of science and nature. Melaleuca will not make a product unless it meets these 2 requirements: First, it does not

contain any harmful ingredients.

Second, the cost per use is less than the grocery store brands you are currently using.

Melaleuca has a documented 95% re-order rate, which says to me that the customer who shop at the store are

buying products they really like, the really need and at a really good price. 95% is an incredibly huge percentage.

Your observations are totally correct. The chemicals in the baby wash are some of the most harsh on the market.

Additionally a lot of what they use in their personal care products are used as commercial cleaners for such things as brakes for automobiles.

Try Shaklee products. The baby was is over 95% organic.

In the last few months I noticed my Melaleuca orders taking almost 2 weeks (incl Sat & Sun) to arrive. I finally called and was told that they went to a 10-business day guarantee. For years, I used to get my products in 5 or less. What this is forcing me to do is to...

Ok. the person who enrolled you didn't do their job properly.

That's all I can say. There are reasons for the backup order that should have been explained, but anytime before the end of the month you can cancel or suspend that order.

You can also create your own back up order that will suit your needs.

Mine is laundry stuff because that's what I usually run out of first, so I almost always need more.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to help you understand the company better, but I would say, don't blame that on the company...blame the person who signed you up!
