i agree. i had a terrible time canceling my account and they refused to refund me for the original shipping that they charged me.

i have had the worst experience ever with them and I recommend you stay away!! :(

Negative Melaleuca experience

I joined in January.I received a back up order in March, because I did not place an order.I returned my box with all the items, minus the packaging because I also included the membership kit for refund.I received a refund of $20 less, because I was charged for shipping (did not know) and they said that the kit was not included. They weighed the box and it did not weigh more than when it was sent. What kind of customer service is this? For a company your size to be holding back on the membership kit. Of course, I did not expect this and do not have any recourse. Bad experience!

I think u tried to scam them... I never ever had any problems with them and everyone I know hasn't had a problem with them.

If u didn't pick what u wanted in ur backup order they send whatever. Maybe if u listen to what was said u would have knew.

I have been a customer for over four years and have never had a problem with any item being refunded or exchanged. I do know that some people have tried to cheat the company by not sending back the items they say they are sending.

However, the company will weigh each box to make sure it matches up. As in this case the weight did not match up so they new she had not actually included the kit , so there you are.

Cheaters never win and winners never cheat Ms. Anonymous!!

Tell me, how many companies have you come across where you have to be a a purchaser in order to SELL (yes I said sell) the product?

Vander(whatever) says that they cut out the middleman by allowing them to buy direct from the factory. But who introduces them to this un advertised company??

Melaleuca-The Wellness Company

I have been a Melaleuca customer now for 9 months and I am very pleased with my experience thus far. The set up of the company makes complete sense in order for it to pay the consumer who markets the company. Honestly, I think who ever came up with this idea is a genius! When introducing this company, so many people are quick to put their guard up in worry of being scammed--understandable because many companies do operate that way. Not Melaleuca! I have had great customer service every time I have contacted them, and they offer sooo MUCH information to the consumer about their products and the company. Really, you get what you pay for! So you want to get that steal deal at the grocery store, but ultimately you may be robbing your own self of a full, healthy life. I know the products work! I use them daily for my cleaning company. My daughter's eczema is gone because of the Renew lotion! It's unfortuanate that others don't even give it a chance to see how it can improve their lives. Melaleuca

Melaleuca is a great company with awesome products. Our families allergies have cleared up and my daughters are sick way less since they started on the children's vitamins. I personally have way more energy since I started on the vitamins, and they are way more affordable than most. Some posts talk about how the company won't let you cancel your account. If you can fill out a form (download it from their website or get it from your enroller) sign it and fax it in, that's it!! If you can't do that, then cancelling your Melaleuca account should be the least of your worries.

Now you don't even have to fax the cancellation in. You can write a note, sign, date, and put your phone number or member number on it and send it by Melaleuca Quick send and tell them you don't want products this month.

Melaleuca Quick Send is a free phone app.

I have been using the products for almost 6 years and have never found a bad product or one with toxins in it.

I am much healthier, my skin looks so much better that no one can believe I am almost 70! I don't know what Melaleuca these people have been using, but the Melaleuca I know isn't any of the things these people are saying!

Well, that's a simple question with a variety of answers for us. We first changed all our laundry products over. Most known brand laundry detergents have harmful chemicals that can trigger allergies. So we washed all the kids clothes, sheets and our clothes to remove any chemical residue.

We also removed ALL other brands of cleaning products from our house and stuff like bleach. Nobody needs to use harmful cleaners anymore to get their house clean, Melaleuca has thaty covered.

Then we got our kids on the Koala Pals chewable vitamins.

Now, keep in mind, there are food triggers for allergies and even behavious disorders that can include wheat and dairy so it is good to get tested for food allergies. We just removed potential triggers in our house that may also contribute to the problem.

I had to quit the company due to a divorce and not knowing exactly where I was going to be moving to. I found it very easy to do.

I called and they walked me through the steps needed to accomplish it and even took back some product that I had not yet used to make it better on me at that time. Since then I have rejoined the company because I really missed the great products that i could only get from them.
