Melaleuca!!!!

FANTASTIC COMPANY AND PRODUCTS!!!!Beware of the comments here with people who are too lazy to add up their bill or have false accusations.Do your own research from the source. Anyone can post anything on here! My experience has been nothing but superbly remarkable with the company. The customer service reps are the most consistent and helpful against any other I have worked with. The products are fantastic and I dont speak for myslef, I have a couple friends who have been on the vitamins for years and grandparents who are now using half of their medical prescriptions just because it works so well.THE TRANSPARENCY OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR COMPENSATION PLAN IS UNMATCHED!I had to have a bad experience to realise how good they are and I am glad I found them! Call them , do your reasearch and discover the truth for yourself.1-800-282-3000. I Thank God for Melaleuca! -- signed Happy Customer!

While I have read good & not so good reviews of their products, I have yet to see one single shred of the "independent scientific" research to support the claims being made.

It is insulting to be told that this company is NOT and MLM & Pyramid scheme.

It has also been brought to my attention that these companies (most if not all mlm's) are Mormon based. That in itself screams *** religious cult!

I agree! I love this company's products! I found them about 4 years ago from a news report on television about natural products, and I decided to try them out after reading the reviews about their cleaning products. I still use them to this day.

But my favorite product of theirs is definitely the Renew Lotion!

I wish they had a local store so I could just stop by and do my shopping on the way home from work, but their online ordering isn't that bad and I can deal with it. The products are worth it for sure.

11 Years @ Melaleuca

I have been shopping at Melaleuca for 11 years. So needless to say we like the products. Do we like them all? No, but that is why there are different flavors and scents. If you are making your own soap you will probably find something wrong with the products such as "Why does it have a color added!" But if you want a much safer alternative and want to quit supporting Proctor and Gamble and Walmart, this is an easy switch. The cheapest products ever, no, competitively priced, yes. Toothpaste is less than $4 for a polish, cleaners are $1 a bottle, vitamins 0.67 cents a day, so fair, but much higher quality and safety to have around the house. You can join today and quit tomorrow. The complaints about not being able to quit are ridiculous. The "unauthorized charges" were for the Back-up order. Just know that you will be selecting a back-up order when you set up your account. You don't pre-pay for it, you select what product you want if you forget to order, vitamins are packaged in a one month supply so those are a great option to have on your back-up order. If the process was not explained to you in the beginning, shame on your friend who referred you.

Agreed.

Just read before you sign ANYTHING.

You'll never get suprised if you have read what you are agreeing to.

If you don't like the agreement, then don't sign.

If you sign and change your mind. Cancel.

It tells you how to do it on your agreement. Read it.

The products can sve money. But you have to use them to see how great they are.

Given the high number of Melaleuca victims out there and the fact that this company continues to operate globally with apparent impunity, clearly means they are very smart and extremely well versed in ignoring basic consumer rights. The "smart" bit is that every customer signs off on a contract agreement which has more fine print than most real estate contracts.

In our case, the Melaleuca sales rep completely avoided the strict terms of the agreement contract, actively discouraged us from reading that agreement and completely misrepresented the "back-up order" issue. In the same way the "Membership Pack" was only provided after we were pressured intio signing.

All these guys seem to care about is signing you up on the spot to a monthly commitment, which in some cases is sufficient to pay off a new car, when all you thought you were doing is buying something to clean your toilet. If you want choice in what you buy and use around your home and you wish to retain the right to control your own credit card or bank account, then I recommend you do NOT sign up with Melaleuca.

Melaleuca charges you $50 a month to shop on their website and to ONLY purchase their products that they claim are cheaper and safer for you. Huge Lie! All of their products may seem cheaper, but they're not. The portion sizes are small, and they cover that up with...

Why do people make such a big deal about something so simple? To cancel Melaleuca, all one has to do is either call the company 800-282-3000 to find out how to access a cancellation form, or download the cancellation form from your own login access (Frequently Asked...

I just cancelled my account and it was fairly simple. Log into your account and go to My Account > Cancel Preferred Customer Benefits.

It then sends you an e-mail with a link to a mini questionnaire and a series of check boxes making sure that you really want to cancel your membership. This seems like overkill, but it only took a couple seconds. After that, it gives you a pre-filled cancellation form. All you have to do is sign it and turn it in.

"But wait!" you say, "Won't that take a few days to mail?" Introducing the power of e-mail!

I simply saved the form as a pdf (this is a normal printing option for those who don't know), signed it on my computer using Adobe Reader, saved it, and e-mailed it to the address provided. Total time: 10 minutes, mostly because I had to search my inbox for the e-mail.

According to the fine print, it only takes 24 hours to process the request after it has been received. As long as it is received by midnight of the last day of the month, the cancellation should be in effect for that month.

None of this 25th of the month business. I hope this walk-through proves to be useful to someone.

I love melaleuca products, but their on line and return system is the worst. Instead of given you an option for credit, they hold your money. and charge you again for a new order, then thy hold your monies. They make you wait 10 days or longer to send you a refund ...
