STAY AWAY TO MUCH MONEY

I had a family member who is in it and she talks about how much she like's the products and I should join them. So I did for a 1.00 once I tgot into the program and start looking at the things they offer. I being to question myself why is that I have to spend a 100.00 for some products which I do not know if my family and I could use them or not. I tried to change my card on file to give them another card and guess what IT WAS A NO. I said okay I contact my bank and told them I had did something stupid yes STUPID. Anytime you give a company your card they can go and do whatever to your account. I put a stop on that situation and cancel my card. Some people like it I say go for it. Me personally I like to save money and keep my piece of mind knowing what's going on with my account. It's NO for me...

These products are awesome and green. If you don't like them, you could return them for a full refund. You could also cancel at any time and should you decide you'd like to order, you could reactivate at any time, for free, within 6 months of your cancellation.

I like it, read the directions

I changed the cleaning products and many personal care items our family uses to Melaleuca this past July. They work and smell nice but most importantly, I have noticed that I no longer wheeze and cough when I clean. I have recommended this online shopping service to friends and many have joined and also like what Melaleuca has to offer. I have had 2 family members cancel their membership because they decided online shopping was not for them. Cancelling was absolutely NOT hard (like anything else, you must follow their procedure) and customer service has been very good and exceptionally polite. I feel very comfortable recommending this company and its products. Enjoy!

If this is an online "shop club" as they call it, there is NO reason you should have to mail or fax a cancellation to them, it should be readily available to do right from the website with a click of the mouse. And anytime anyone does mail or fax it, they play the game "we didn't receive it".

Go look at the hundreds of complaints on the BBB, they all say the same thing.

You work for this predorty MLM, so of course you would come on here and say how easy it is to cancel. Yawn

Terrible

At first, i was super happy with melaleuca. But then when i had to continuously order almost $100 a month to stay active, it got old. Then i really stsrted lookong at thier products and realized that the whole company is a big scam. They dont clearly label their products with whats in them. They are not as "green" as they claim. So fast forward to when i decided to cancel. I printed the form and since i cant scan or fax, i chose to mail it in. Well..how convenient that on the last day of the month they still hadnt recieved it. (12 days later). So i call in and they say that if they dont have a copy of it by 5, it wont matter. They still will ship my backup order. So, i had to drive all the way back home to reprint a form and sent a picture of it via email ( didnt know that was an option. As its not listed that a picture would work) and my daughter got to miss out on some halloween activities. Thanks melaleuca. You suck.

Having trouble cancelling?

Call them again or better yet contact the person who enrolled yoi for help. The person is not stalling on sending the form. Sometimes out comes from another department, or person so out might be looked at as spam. There is also a way online to print up the form, sign out and then fax it in via a quick send app that is free.

I did contact the person who sold it to me to cancel. She told me to call a 1800 number who told me to send back the signed fax so they could see my signature.

I told him I did not have an email stating that and he said he would resend it. It never showed up.

I was offended the person who was making money off me would not handle the cancellation. I will now go to my credit card company to block them.

They won’t send me a cancellation form

I have requested the cancellation form that Melaleuca requires to be filled out and sent in to cancel a membership, both online and via phone. They say that they will email the cancellation form. Garrett told me on the phone that it would take about 15 minutes to receive the cancellation form via email. It’s the next day and I still haven’t received a cancellation form. It’s been four days since I first sent in an online request and I still haven’t gotten an email with a cancellation form. I confirmed my email address with Garrett, so I know they have the correct email address. Plus, I get their promotional emails, so they should be able to email the requested cancellation form with no problem. According to Garrett, I need to get the form in before 10/31/19. I requested the form from him via phone on 10/22/19. That’s plenty of time to get the form in on time, especially since he said that I can email the cancellation form to them. The website states this as well. It’s obvious that they are stalling so that I don’t have time to get the form in by the end of the month. If that happens, I have to pay for more product. That is deceitful.

A business that works

The wellness company is a great place to hang your hat because it allows you to have a business that lasts a lifetime and a true residual income because of their 96% reorder rate. With over 450 products, reasonably priced comparable to what's in the marketplace and the grocery stores, but a much better value for your money, I say it is like a five star rating on Amazon. I have been a customer for 15 years and have created a true residual income working 5 hours a month.

My parents just cancelled their service very easily online. They are older and although they have enjoyed everything they tried, they do not like doing subscription and online ordering.

They will combine their order in with my sister's going forward.

They simply clicked the button online, it sent them an email, they followed the step in the email and received confirmation that their preferred service was cancelled. No hassle at all.

Ordering monthly

I think you should be able to have a two month ordering time table. Sometimes I don't need anything for the month so I still have to put in a large order every month just to use my $20.00 in free product. then I end up having too much just to have to order again the next month. quite a hassle to say the least. Completely up to you...everyone’s experience is different and no ones is wrong

I want to apologize to all the people who have had a bad experience and then I want to apologize for of these tactics some of the Melaleuca supporters are using in this post. I like the products that Melaleuca sells (been a member for a year). What makes me different from a lot of Melaleuca customers is that I too agree that some of the ways they go about presenting are a little shady. But that’s why you have to read stuff for yourself. I believe they should use a little more honesty. I also think it is setup like MLM...but it works for many so what does that matter? It can be a little difficult to cancel. It’s not just a phone call you actually do have to sign a letter (you write it yourself) and scan it in (you can take a pic with your phone). Your enroller cannot do anything to stop you from canceling. They may make you feel bad about canceling and tell you about all the loyalty dollars you are missing out on. But it is still your choice!! You will be able to see that there are 2 main types of comments when it comes to Melaleuca and very very few like mine. Either extremely negative where they say Melaleuca is a scam and the other type are the ones who defend Melaleuca and not admit that some of these things are true or even understand why some of the methods could make people uncomfortable. Neither approach is correct. Melaleuca is not a scam. But it does have flaws any company does. Many of the members get so defensive (and make it look worse than it is). But they get defensive because a company they love so much and has helped them is being so badly reviewed. It’s natural they’d want to share their positive experiences. I just wished they’d go about it the right way. So yes it’s a REAL COMPANY . The products are AMAZING. There are MANY FLAWS (but what company doesn’t have any). If this may work for you give it a try...if it doesn’t thanks for listening anyways and if you know someone it may work for let them know!
