Have been a long time customer and user of Melaleuca products. However, I began to notice the addition of sucralose and acesulfame potassium as ingredients in food products. I was very surprised and quite disappointed as there is a lot of negative information regarding...

I did a research project when I was in College in the UK for my Degree on Sucralose, it is a very safe sweetener and it is highly researched ......it's a shame that the internet provides the "uneducated consumer" with so much information without them knowing how to evaluate it....next thing we will all be "Doctors" prescribing medication without a Medical Degree......as for the connection of Aluminum with Cancer, the studies were found to be flawed and difficult to prove as 1 in 8 women will develop Breast Cancer anyway in their lifetime. You are better off eliminating alcohol and exercising..... So before you post nonsense go and get educated.......

Good luck getting them to follow through on cancelling account | Melaleuca review from Goose Creek, South Carolina

I spoke with the rep, customer service and online support. All said that I just need to send email to cancel. Customer support said they would send an email form to cancel. I requested form 4 times. Two weeks later i called the guy who signed me up. He said he wasn't responsible for cancelling orders and to call customer service. We never were emailed or contacted regarding our request to cancel. I had to submit a fraud alert to my credit card company to get them to stop billing. We did a 3 month trial with these products. we bought about 7-12 different items. The same stuff cost about half as much at a local holistic products store and some we could only get at Trader Joes. Save your money and just buy same stuff at local store if available. Better to keep your money local.

Hello,

Did you contact your enrollee? Cancelling is easy.

The form is on the website.

Sign it and send it in.

Melaleuca products are made in America, unlike many Trader Joe's products. Buying Melaleuca products keeps money in the USA.

Why I am a loyal Melaleuca customer

I have been using the products and supplements for over two years. If I miss a vitamin I catch cold. I have basically no immune system left after Chemotherapy and radiation for stage four cancer. I don't know wh anyone would be mad at Melalauca... The products saved my life. If you don't like a product, they have a hundred percent money back guarantee... So get your money back and go back to using whatever you were using before. At my local costco at the return desk they have a big chart of toxic products you can't throw into the garbage... Including tide laundry detergent and many brand name cleaners ... Mela products don't contain them so if your kid eats the dishwasher soap, and you call poison control, once they know it is melaleauca they just kind of say ok, maybe he or she will get a tummy ache. But no rush to the ER to try to save their lives. One thing I want to say about the Access bars and shakes. For a person recovering from Chemotherapy, we get cold really easily and stay cold even when covered in blankets etc. Try eating an access bar or a shake. The products were originally developed through a grant from the Canadian government to help their armed forces battle the cold weather. So they assist athletes and us regular folk in losing weight because they burn fat instead of muscle if they use access. The Access bars saved me from the horrible shivers. Give it a try if you or a loved one suffers from being cold after chemotherapy. The side effect can last for many years. I just carry an access bar and frankly only use it if I am really cold. Gets me to normal right away. So we are loyal customers. Thank God for this company. I am just a customer but I always wonder about why people post so much negative. If you don't like the products stop your membership and ship it all back to them or find out how to return all those products, and get your money back! Do you know they have a 90 day challenge on vitamins? If you don't love them after 90 days you get your money back. Who does that?

Melaleuca - Sales People Review from San Diego, California

I LOATHE this company. Pushy, desperate, psycho, shady sales people willing to push their *** on poor friends and family. Leave us alone! Do something wanted or needed. They can't accept no for an answer... pushy predators with no conscience who are so brain washed they don't know everyone is talking behind their backs. If you do this, everyone thinks you're annoying. Everyone thinks you have zero integrity. You will say anything to make money. And the phrase "We don't lose friends over laundry detergent!" Bahahahaha! It's so icky and uncomfortable to be solicited by them and you don't want to hurt their feelings because they're your friend but they've drunk the Kool Aid and are now just desperate little brain-washed snakes. Please do something real and leave your friends alone. We're not interested! If we were we'd come to you. What is wrong with you people?

What is wrong with you?. They're wonderful products, natural, clean, environmentally safe products.

If you cant afford them just say you don't want them... this is a sad excuse for a review.

My best friends 2 year old child has severe Eczema and this company has saved her life. You're ignorant.

They're very dishonest. I was invited to a Wine & Wellness party. Ok, so I ask "is this melaleuca?" The answerer said neither yes nor no. I ask again and this time I'm told its only about wellness, come and see. So, I'm a natural living person and I go. Of course,...

Wow. That is frustrating.

Maybe it is luck but I shop at the Melaleuca store and have never had a problem getting straight answers nor with the products. In 1996, I found the Mstore when looking for safe products as one of my chordal is asthmatic.

A fan of science, there are no products on the market comparable. I see you are advertising lesser products cloaked in a "comlaint" - now that I do find dishonest.

Love the products, just not the required points and monthly cost... | Melaleuca review from Wetaskiwin, Alberta

I love the Melaleuca Products. I like their hair care, facial care, children wash etc. Their bathroom cleaners are excellent and their vitamins are great! But we are a young family, living on one income, we don't have a high paying job and we live fairly out of the way. I have found it quite difficult to spend $100 a month (including shipping) when I only really require $30-$40 worth of a product per month. I did attempt to make a business out of it but I am a shy person and feel very awkward trying to recruit potential customers. I also am against the fact that you are not supposed to mention that it is Melaleuca you are promoting, but instead you must tell people it is a Wellness Company. I did not know the name of the company I had been recruited to learn about up until the enrollee got me ready for a online session with a video explaining what the company is, once it started I was a bit upset that I had, in a way, been misled. As I was attempting to promote it I had difficultly not telling people what the company was up until they were online to watch the video. I think they are a bit dishonest, though I do understand they are trying to create "Curiosity" but again, sometimes being upfront with people and "not wasting" their time is a more honest, upfront approach. Especially if someone you have recruited already knew what the product was and were frustrated with you for not telling them in the first place. I do recommend their products, though they are a bit expensive and you have to have the month to month commitment to make a go of it. They are beneficial and healthier choice. I plan to just order through family/friends rather than trying to have my own account.

Hi, I have joined Melaleuca and have found that if you add up all the cleaning chemicals, soap, handwash, shampoo etc you use per month and what you pay for them and what your getting for the money you pay, Melaleuca is the way to go. For starters it is cheaper and secondly your getting natural products which are not harmful to your family or environment.

I'm a professional cleaner and I can honestly tell you that If I was to go around the supermarket I would throw out most if not all their cleaning and health products. Did you know that all the vitamins you buy from supermarkets are made from fossil fuels?

That's why Melaleuca is great. I can understand what you mean though about having a tight budget and all, but like I said earlier, your spending so much more shopping at the supermarket for rubbish than you are at this company.

you are allowed to tell anyone that it is Melaleuca. you are just not allowed to "advertise" using the name Melaleuca.

Like every thing else in life, there are always bad apples among the bunch.

Usually the only time people have a problem is because of misrepresentation by the bad apples of the bunch. :-)

Ive been using these products for over 2 years. They have always been helpful and Ive never had ANY trouble getting my money back if I didnt like anything. Infact As far as loyalty dollars go, its no different than getting flybys or any other reward system . You always have to shop first. The difference is Melaleuca give $7 for every $100 you spend compared to Coles & Woolies who give $10 for every $2000 spent. They also give customers $100 to spend on products just for shopping with them. Its really annoying when people bag a great product and company but are willing to shop with the big players who dont care less about the little people.

MELALEUCA HAS BAD SERVICE

MELALEUCA MAY CHARGE YOU AND NOT SEND YOU A PRODUCT. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY I DON'T SEE SOME OF MY ORDER ON THE PACKAGING SLIP, THEY SAID, IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, SO WE WERE NOT ABLE TO SHIP IT TO YOU. IT WAS ON ORIGINAL ORDER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD RIGHT AWAY. WHEN I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, THE WAX MELT WAS NOT ON THE PACKAGING SLIP AND DID NOT MENTION BACK ORDER. HAD TO FIGHT MY MONEY BACK. THEY DON'T CREDIT YOUR MONEY BACK. GAVE ME LOYALTY DOLLARS. IN ORDER TO USE LOYALTY DOLLARS, YOU HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF $$ TO GET 35 POINTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN APPLY THE LOYALTY DOLLARS.

I first started using Melaleuca products in 1985 and find everything I use of good value and quality. Whenever there has been a shipping error I have just phoned the company and explained the problem and the error was quickly and satisfactorily corrected.
