With Melaleuca, you are not locked into a contract - you can cancel at anytime. And they rely on monthly loyalty to ensure they can continuously provide fresher products with less preservatives.

You are welcome to shop as a direct customer to get the products you love, but you will pay a higher price for them. Or, you can keep buying cancer-causing detergent and other household products at your local WalMart.

I would love to hear from you. I was kept up at night with excruciating tooth pain after using their Mouth Rinse.

I just posted a complaint tonight about it. I had used their tooth polish, too. The Mouth Rinse damaged my teeth and the tooth polish kept it up. The pain stopped the day after I ran out of the tooth polish.

I knew I wasn't the only one out there ! They refuse to admit any other person has had issues and act like I'm the only one who ever contacted these products.

They're not accountable to any one and do the run around with customers.

I love Melaleuca.

The products are superb, highly concentrate, environmental safe and I save money.

There is not one month where I run out of products to shop for. Tooth paste, washing machine detergent (no ammonia or formaldehyde) , dish washer detergent, house cleaning products, skin care products, Renew body lotion, my vitamins,

Yes, their policy is to shop once a month. You can customize a back up order. I use their vitamins every month.

If I should forget to shop (which I have not done in 2 years) they will send me my vitamins, which I take anyway. If you paid attention, you know that as a new member you receive $100.00 in shopping dollars (to use toward any product)

Not to mention that you can earn extra income by just recommending Melaleuca and have your friends or family become members)

I love melaleuca! The vitamins make me feel better and they give me energy. I love that every product is made fresh and it's chemical free. It's safe for my children and my pets. Both of my kids were born with eczema and now it is gone! Thank you melaleuca!

I'm going to suggest for you to review their ingredient list in detail to confirm that everything is chemical free. I have not done so, but I am going to.

I question how they create scented laundry products without adding artificial scent (aka chemicals). I also question how their lavender lemon brite is purple without artificial color (aka chemicals). I know for a fact that lavender essential oil is clear, so they cannot say that it's from the lavender EO. I honestly do not know how it's colored, if anyone does know, please explain.

When I enrolled many years ago, I was advised they are the best of science and nature combined. It's up to our enrollers to inform us and not mislead us.

I have found a company that is a full disclosure company, they provide their product ingredient list for everyone to view and research.

I've been a customer of Melaleuca for 12 years. They don't have an auto-ship and it's very easy to cancel your membership.

For those of you who are complaining, you were not given a FULL presentation (or no presentation) by your enroller. Everyone who is upset and surprised they got a back-up order were uninformed. Most people I believe that are saying that they faxed in the cancellation paperwork to Melaleuca and then told it was never received, should have gotten a fax with confirmation shortly after the fax to Melaleuca, to use for reference. I SUSPECT THAT MOST ARE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT FAXING A CANCELLATION FORM IN AT ALL! Also, why would people be upset about paying shipping? You are saving time by ordering from home and saving gas by reducing your trips to the grocery store and having the convenience of shipping to your front door. The products are pure and natural and less expensive. Uninformed customers really *** me off!

The issues I had with these "natural" and "affordable" products is they were not working for me. I had a reaction to every single product and could not get a list of ingredients.

I also had an issue with customer service not being able to fix it so I could access my online account or receive emails. That website would just stop allowing access or certain features, like backup order and cancellation, would not work. Furthermore, I do not appreciate being told one thing and that everything is fine just to find out everything is not fine. Then, to tell me they have received my returns and turn around and tell my credit card company they have not received anything.

To tell me they can temporarily suspend my membership and then it takes me weeks to be able to cancel because they won't allow me to provide a written request. Then they failed to confirm it for me. I am really disappointed in this company, it's products, and the money I lost on unopened merchandise. I am completely unsatisfied with everything about Melaleuca right now.

Customer service is a waste of time. I made several calls and it accomplished nothing.

Fax, email cancellations, but Melaluca claims it is not received. Sent confirmations and Melaulca still sent back up orders. Worst telephone conversation ever with CSR. They just keep claiming that they have not received ANYTHING. It is a viscous circle. They can claim they have not received it and what can I do about it... Nothing. Very poor business practices. Definitely be getting everyone I can to cancel there membership now. Yes I signed an agreement, but Melaluca needs to have fair and responsible business practices. They cannot keep on claiming that they do not receive faxes and emails even when I send them the confirmations of the sent ones. They have master a system of deception. Very disappointed with this company.

Actually you can get your membership cancelled. First, type out a fax and in the fax state that Melaleuca is no longer authorized to charge anything to your account(s) including your credit/debit card.

Fax it to them via a fax that will give you a confirmation of receipt on the other end. (You may have to use an Office Depot or Staples). Lastly, call your credit card company, find out where to fax a copy of this letter and send it to your credit card company.

That should legally stop them. Then, if there are additional charges, you can bring charges against them, recover your money and probably receive compensation in the form of a fine to Melaleuca.

I emailed my cancelation notice 3-4 times. Received emails back.

Then received backup order. They had charged my account after I had canceled and told them my account can't be charged. I was broke. They kept on sending it through until they got money.

Charged 55+ after cancelation. Very upset with this lying cheating company.

No problem. I had a member who was starting to travel for weeks at a time.

He called the company and they guided him on the web to fill out a form.

His membership was canceled immediately.

He found that the Melaleuca employees were very helpful.

Every time I call Melaleuca and have a question, if they cannot answer it, I am connected to the right department. Their customer service is the best.

Love the products but it's a rip off after you have to pay the s/h AND you receive the same product every month instead of being able to order when and what's needed. If they are such an amazing company then they should have the confidence that people will return again and not be Forced to buy. I miss the products they have.

I was unable to create a backup wish list and got a shipment of $130 worth of stuff I had just returned to the company. I had spoken with customer service about it and thought it was taken care of, but apparently not. I have confirmation of the delivery of my returns and they confirms it with me by phone but informed my credit card company they've received nothing.

I do like some of the products and if used properly are probably equal in cost to name brand products. With shipping costs they are not cheaper. When I decided to cancel, my computer printer was broken and the only way you can cancel is by printing out a cancellation request and mailing it to the company. This created a problem with getting the form to cancel. If they don't indicate they received it before the due date you receive products you don't want , AGAIN! There is no phone or online option to cancel. Several times I forgot to order and received products I couldn't use yet couldn't return.

I could not cancel for weeks after dealing with the company--online cancellation was not working. Furthermore I returned most of my products and several unopened.

I have not received ANY refund. I can confirm these items were delivered and they once confirmed it over the phone but now state they haven't received anything from me.

I personally am mad at Melaleuca for conducting shady business and lying. Customer service may be friendly but I did not get any real assistance.
