I have ordered from Melaleuca for over 20 years and have never had a problem that was not resolved to my satisfaction within one call. You know there is a point system when you sign up.
If you were not informed it is your enroller who is at fault not the company. I would take issue with the person who enrolled me if I had a problem. I do not sell the product because I am not a salesman nor do they encourage you to sell. They do not want a person to stock pile.
I also do not enroll as it is my choice. They always have their products available when I need them and they are biodegradable.
I used their insect repellant this summer with my grandkids and it worked wonders. Even the horse flies didn't ***.
